- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide project-based pricing tailored to each client’s needs, rather than a strict hourly rate. This ensures you get an accurate quote for the size of your home, type of cleaning, and frequency of service. I’m transparent about any additional fees upfront, and I sometimes offer discounts for recurring services or multiple projects booked together. My goal is to give high-quality cleaning with no surprises on cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new client, I start with a short intake call to discuss a few key questions. I ask about the type of cleaning needed, the size of the space, how often service is anticipated, as well as budget. This helps me create a customized quote and ensures the cleaning plan fits specific needs. From there, we schedule a time that works best, and I handle the rest with care and attention to detail.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from a mix of real-world experience and continuous learning. I managed my own Airbnb during COVID, where I learned how high standards and attention to detail translate into 5-star reviews. Over time, I’ve trained myself on safe and effective cleaning products, efficient systems, and ways to care for different surfaces. My corporate background also gave me skills in organization, reliability, and customer service, which I bring into every project. I continue to learn and refine my process so clients get the same care I gave my own home.
