Wonderful job on toilet and vent install thank you. Highly recommend. Took advantage of advance payment and now I wish I never paid. Sloppy work and then says he will come back when the other wood arrives. Well, why not come back and fix the job you did before the materials arrives? Lesson learned. Don’t hire unlicensed contractors and caution to everyone out there. He said there was already paint there. Well, why not tell me that to discuss other options instead of making it worse and covering it up. Then cuts corners on baseboards and instead of replacing doesn’t even finishes and leaves and says he isn’t coming back until the last box of wood comes. Then just don’t come back. He was just going to leave the wood like that in the transition and said the transition piece goes there. Why not fix it appropriately while you are working on it before the transition piece arrives? I’ll never hire an unlicensed contractor again. This should be a 1 star but I don’t feel like trashing someone’s business in the way my house was.

I appreciate your comments and I’m sorry that you now feel dissatisfied. From the beginning you sent me messages recognizing that the work was going well and even sent me the payment in advance without me requesting it. I want to clarify that I never intended to leave with the money or leave the work unfinished. My plan was always to return to complete the details once the appropriate material arrived, since several pieces you ordered had not yet arrived. In addition, relying on his instructions, I bought additional paint and baseboards myself to help move forward with the project, even when I was not obliged to do so. At no time did I want to cause inconvenience or cover work inappropriately; I worked with the available materials and following their instructions. If there had been an opportunity to return, I would gladly have solved any pending details. My goal is always to provide an honest, transparent and professional service.” *
