Rigoberto and his wife come each month to clean my house. They dust, vacuum and wash floors, appliances and bathroom. They clean under chairs, under table coverings, and even inside refrigerator. Excellent job for a reasonable price. They bring professional equipment and are pleasant to deal with. They are much superior to my prior franchise service and I would highly recommend them.

Solis cleaners did a great job of cleaning the house. They arrived a bit late, but it was scheduled last minute so that could be why. I was very happy with the cleanliness of the house and felt that it was a thorough job. I did hire them to come back on a monthly basis.

On time and Excellent work! Detailed cleaning of the entire house. They didn't miss anything! In addition to being hard working and diligent, these people were lovely. Their great attitudes show in their attention and focus. It was a pleasure to have them clean the house and we plan to hire them regularly. Highly Recommend!

I hired Solis Building Services to clean my high end home. I am a landlord with numerous rentals ranging from a million dollar home to $400,000 properties in the Reno area. I recently had to evict a tenant who left this home in very bad condition. In fact, I am sure he never cleaned it in all the time he lived there with his 2 children. When I first saw how bad it was, I was very concerned that I might have to replace the stove and refrigerator, along with the shower doors.
A no-nonsense crew of 2 women and 2 men, showed up at 7 am ready to work and within hours turned this hell-hole of a mess into absolute perfection. They worked hard and fast, but didnt rush, cleaning 4 very filthy bathrooms and a kitchen from top to bottom. They scrubbed inside drawers, under cabinets, the oven and stove
the appliances looked brand new, and the refrigerator sparkled and no longer smelled of rotten food.
The shower doors, that I thought might have to be replaced, looked like clear sparkling glass once again. Toilets looked brand new. White woodwork looked as if it had just been repainted. There was literally not one part of this entire 3000 square foot house that they did not touch and leave brand spanking clean afterwards.
I was so impressed that I scheduled them to do all of the windows next week.
I have been in the field of construction my entire life. I have a degree in Interior Design and have worked on multi million dollar homes in the Lake Tahoe/Reno area. Therefore, my training is in the details, looking for perfection, and in being very picky. I had my own cleaning business years ago, so I know how to clean a house the proper way. It is very hard for me to be satisfied with anyones workmanship, because I am very difficult to please. However, this cleaning crew made me very happy. They will be the crew I call for all of my homes in the future. They are professional, courteous, a pleasure to work with, they show up on time, ready to work, they dont waste time talking, and their rates are very reasonable. In fact, I paid them extra because of all of the extra hard work they did on this property.
Solis Building Services has been in business for many years, originally working for a large corporation in building maintenance. Therefore, they have great background experience in knowing how to clean. I highly recommend them.

I have hired Solis Building Services as a recurring cleaner and my husband and I are incredibly impressed! I have not been home to meet any of the people who have cleaned our house but my husband said they are very pleasant, sweet people! I am not the most organized person most days and these people go above and beyond my expectations of them while cleaning. My husband and I agree hiring Solis to come and clean is the best money we could spend! Wonderful workers and highly recommended!
