We are so glad, that the furnace was repaired this after nun, with that very cold weekend coming around the corner. Travis is very friendly and knowledgeable, explained exactly what was going on and fixed it the same after nun. The furnace works now better as it did before. He even came back and looked and worked on the furnace again as he saw a lot of white smoke came out of the chimney. He also checked all the vents outlets and the basement ducts. His prices are very decent.

I called Travis to come take a look at my furnace. It stopped working in the middle of the night. He came the same day, and had my furnace up and running in no time! He is very detailed on his invoices, and even includes pictures of what the problems were. Attached is the picture he sent with his invoice of the broken part. He was very reasonable on his pricing too.

I’m really disappointed with my experience. My heat had been out for over a month, so I called this company for help. I paid about $700 for the first visit and a part that only fixed the issue for about an hour. They came back, installed another part, and charged me again even though the problem still wasn’t resolved. In the end, more parts were recommended, but there was no clear confidence that any of them would actually fix the issue. I decided to get a second opinion, and another company was able to diagnose everything wrong with the furnace in under 30 minutes. Unfortunately, I feel like I spent a lot of money without getting a real solution.

Thanks for the Review! First off, I like to think I was very fair with you. Your inducer motor was in fact seized, and I have video evidence of that. I also have video of your furnace working when I left after the first time. I didn't charge for the second time I came down, and didn't charge you for the second part, only 1 hour of time which I had over 4 hours into it that day. I spoke to tech support on this furnace for an hour and they couldn't help me either. I only recommend what they recommend to do. I am glad you got your problem resolved by another company and decided to share that!
