Once we determine what services are needed through this consultation, a proposal will be created and customized especially to your needs. Harlow’s way really pulled through with the balloon arch last minute. My friends wedding looked beautiful and they just help to add to it. It was a great area for pictures. Thank you!

The quality of work was exquisite. She had a vision that brought my party to life. She was very punctual and professional. Harlow's Way created my daughter's sweet 16 vision with perfection. Every item on the table stood out and was accessible and at reach. She created the glow in the dark imagery from the center pieces, the glow in the dark hat backdrop, and we just had to show up and enjoy ourselves. She ended up hosting the event to make less stress for me. I will definitely use Harlow's Way for my next events.
