I had the good fortune of taking six months of beginning dance lessons with John Stahl, who gave excellent instruction in Salsa, Cha Cha, Rhumba, Hustle and Fox Trot dance steps in both large and small group settings. He's patient with novices and reviews basics-- yet he keeps things interesting by introducing challenging new steps. He also encourages his students to take what they've learned and use it "in the wild" (i.e., real life settings). He also encouraged me and my friends to continue our lessons with other instructors in other venues. I had a blast and learned a lot with John. I hope to continue to build upon the great foundation that he provided.

John and Jennifer are currently teaching a dance class here at our senior community, Glenmont Abbey Village. They have been wonderful! They are catering their classes to the needs and wants of the participants. We have residents of all different ages who enjoy fast vs. slow paced, old vs. new/modern music and types of dances- Jon & Jennifer make it happen! We are thrilled they have become part of our monthly calendar of events and look forward to continuing to work together! Thanks a bunch :)

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
John has a BFA degree in Dance. John has danced professionally in New York City and taught dance at a performing arts high school. His dance partner Jenn has performed with a dance company in Saratoga and taught all levels and most dance styles.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We do mostly private and couple lessons. Most dance styles are taught.
