Wow! Speaking about the Northeast Pest Control Team!!! I need more space with how they entered my life when I was fearful to reside in my home because of mice. Their staff came into my life, listened to me in a non judgemental way, calmed my fears and promised to work with me to solve the problem. ( just give them a chance) This is my heart speaking from complete experience. They followed through and I will forever be a promoter of theirs. They practice what they preach...if given a chance. They also replaced the insulation in my home. I cannot say anything negative about them. As of today!! For my piece of mind! I continue to work with them on a monthly basis for on-going updates. Desmond was great and did an inspection while having to deal with extreme snow weather conditions. He was upfront that with the current weather conditions didn’t leave him feeling like he was able to complete a full review and inspection and he wanted to come back and complete it thoroughly in order to help diagnose our current issues. I appreciated the honesty and willingness to go above and beyond. I would recommend this company.
