Instead of hiring a full-time employee or a high-cost firm, many businesses find that working intermittently with a freelance graphic designer works much better for their budget and business culture. My specialties are in logo design, print design, image editing, and website design. I earned my Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design from Westwood College of Technology, with concentrations in Graphic Design, Multimedia, and Website Design. My name graced the Dean's list every semester, I graduated with a 4.0 GPA, and was inducted into the Alpha Beta Kappa Honor Society. Prior to my full-time freelance career, I worked for three years in customer service at a printing firm where I was able to learn the inner workings of professional print processes and how graphic design translates into it. This, I believe, gives me a tremendous edge and value as a graphic designer for my clients. In 2005, I began freelancing full-time. In 2014, I founded High Realm Graphics, LLC.

Hello to All Java Joes is in the Coffee business. I meet Jodi online about 3 years ago and she as been the best thing for my business as a graphic artist. Jodi meets all my goals and always is on time, with my projects. I have decided not to hire a part time graphic designer in house because Jodi from High Realm meets all our needs and she does it very well.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In an effort to provide the most logical solutions that I can to my clients, I do not keep static pricing. It will vary depending on the client’s anticipated ROIs, client size, goals of projects, business problems solved, and deadlines. Plus, as a business owner who partners with other business owners, I make it my effort to grow as my clients grow, and the assumption will always be that we are growing in abundance together. Prices will increase congruently to my growth and my clients’ growth. Anything requested of me, big or small, that provides your business with value is considered billable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When getting acquainted with new clients, we will have a no-pressure conversation about your business and what problem(s) you're facing that have compelled you to seek out a graphic designer. I want to know why you feel that you need a particular project and what you hope it will accomplish for you. I don't just want to create nice art; I want to solve business problems.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been artistically inclined since I was little. I was always top of my art classes throughout my entire school career (voted most-artistic in high-school graduating class) and proceeded to be so throughout college. I graduated with my Bachelors with a perfect GPA and was inducted into the Alpha Beta Kappa Honor Society. I am also a 3-time American Advertising Award Winner.
