What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I like to speak beforehand on the phone and preferably have them come to my studio for a trial! I always recommend a trial before a special occasion!

Make sure to do a trial!! Don't book based on price alone and always ask to see pictures of previous work!
