How did you get started doing this type of work?
I LOVE fixing things. When I was younger, I would take small toys apart. Now I am just a big kid and love to take big complicated machines apart!
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common job I do is diagnose and repair issues that the client is unsure about. Very rarely do I get "I need a new xxxx". Most of the time it is "I am having this problem, what is it and can you fix it?".
