It is my goal to provide excellent service at a reasonable rate. It is always my pleasure to help wherever I can! I specialize in plumbing installations, upgrades, repairs and drain clearing. I also do minor to moderate electrical work. Please read to the end for cancelation fees. $50 service call will apply on all trips. $495 main line snake w/30 day warranty! (Compare to Crisafulli Brothers $129 service + $565 snake + $100 warranty, Roto Rooter $739) Hourly rates are $150/hr + materials. Flat rates will apply on standard repair services. Warranty 90 days unless otherwise noted. All services will be discussed prior to repair, with costs. By choosing to reach out to me or schedule directly through Thumbtack on an instant booking, you are agreeing to the terms as listed below: A cancelation fee will occur anytime the job is booked and canceled. This is true whether it is an instant booking through Thumbtack, or we speak and schedule a time. Rescheduling is fine and will not incur a fee. Fees will be equal to the actual cost of the lead, plus up to $50 administrative charges for my time in handling the billing. An emergency service charge of $100 will apply on jobs done off regular hours and will be discussed prior to coming out for work.
