Introduction: We have been teaching martial arts for over 16 years. We have been teaching in the Albany, Guilderland area for 20 years. I have been studying martial arts for over 26 years. Master Traina has taught self-defense to police departments, military personnel, and women's awareness programs all over the United States. Master Traina has learned from world-renowned martial artists and applies that in his classroom to the students where you can understand the information and be comfortable in a real-world situation. Master Traina also teaches other programs to juniors and adults ages 5-99. We teach Tae Kwon Do, Haidong Gumdo (Korean sword art) and Hapkido (realistic self-defense). Our juniors love the Tae Kwon Do classes, and are always wanting more from these classes. Adults love the workout, learning the art, working off stress, and making new friends. Our Hapkido program is for 12 years old and up. Sword art was introduced in the US in 2000. There are very few schools that have this true art of world Haidong Gumdo.
