I highly recommend working with Georgia. He took the time to make sure that my problem on my computer was solved and was always available to talk via text during the process. It was seamless and almost felt as though he was here doing the work even though he was states away. He knows what he's doing and got my computer up and running once I ordered the parts within about an hour.

I was about to pack up my desktop PC and go to a computer shop when I made a last ditch effort by looking for support on the internet. Little did I know that I struck gold when I contacted Dr. George. He called me back within 5 min and suggested to try and solve my problem on-line first. To make it short, with Face Time and screenshots on my I-Pad he walked me trough to the solution in a very short time, and that despite dealing with a 2015 PC and Windows 7. I highly recommend Dr. George to anybody who needs help and lacks the PC knowledge like I did. He is respective in his approach and correct in his charges. Dr. George, you made my day!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    In general I offer a 2-hour diagnosis and repair session for a base fee of $50 a discount to my regular $35/hr. rate. After the initial analysis, if addition time is needed I will estimate for you.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I respond promptly and listen to your needs and the efforts you have made to resolve them. Then I provide a safe an efficient means of collaborating online to resolve the issues. We work together every step of the way.

    25 years as an working computer industry and A/V professional.
