George was in New York, I am in San Francisco. My computer, an Alienware Dell, with an i7 processor and SSD drives suddenly and inexplicably would not boot the windows 10 operating system. I couldn't even boot into safe mode. I spent 20 hours, twice it booted in those 20 hours, seemingly miraculously. But when I thought I had updated all the drivers and the PSA indicated there were no hardware issues, and I restarted the computer again would not load the OS. I am extremely thorough in vetting everyone I hire. I hired George because his reviews were good but his fee was incredibly low. Within 30 minutes George knew precisely what the problem was, in an hour he had repaired it. George spent another 2 hours backing up my files, installed protective software, and educating me as to various methods, and he even reconfiguerd Start button back to windows 7, within my Windows 10 OS. George surprised with his pit bull Lazer like focus, and disarmed ne with his relaxed style of relating to me. I could not possibly have made a better choice.

Service was excellent! He solved my problem with an overseas company, who basically hi-jacked my computer. He added programs to enhance my computers performance, he dealt with HP over some performance issues, meaning it DID Not WORK! Now I'm waiting for a replacement printer, and will call back for him to install it.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In general I offer a 2-hour diagnosis and repair session for a base fee of $50 a discount to my regular $35/hr. rate. After the initial analysis, if addition time is needed I will estimate for you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I respond promptly and listen to your needs and the efforts you have made to resolve them. Then I provide a safe an efficient means of collaborating online to resolve the issues. We work together every step of the way.
