It was a pleasure working with George. He gave me hope expecting the best outcome when my computer died. It turned out to be a hard drive issue and not the motherboard so we were able to save it. In a couple hours he talked my daughter and I through replacing the hard drive (of an all-in-one!), installing windows and setting up my system so that it runs better than ever. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?In general I offer a 2-hour diagnosis and repair session for a base fee of $50 a discount to my regular $35/hr. rate. After the initial analysis, if addition time is needed I will estimate for you.
