Imagine it’s closing day and when you get the keys and are welcomed home by spiders, flies, ants and mosquitos. I quickly booked a same day appointment. After being out of the home for 2 hours once the whole house was sprayed inside and out, problem solved! I will be using them for regular maintenance.
This was a good experience. They Arrived on time, handled the building’s pest issue professionally and provided detailed summary of their findings and the work that was done. Will be working with them again.
Pascal was great to work with. He did the job and stated he will return for the second round in 14 days. Looking forward to that.

Firstly, by getting the preliminary information about the customer ( their household or business units), the pest situation, Agree on an initial base fee, send a qualified technician/exterminator to the respective address. This way, a proper inspection and work would be conducted effectively.
