He asked to come the next morning between 8-830 AM for an estimate which I agreed to. Within 2 minutes of me showing him the cable that snapped, I hear someone out front already starting to do work and I confirmed that we just wanted an estimate and wanted to make sure someone didn't start doing anything because it is 830 AM and my 79-yr old father who is the homeowner was still sleeping and I need to run it by him first (before even getting a price). He then tells me I'm wasting his time, flips me off as he's walking about the door then proceeds to intentionally scream on my driveway at 8:40 AM. It was the most insane and unprofessional thing I have ever witnessed. And the crazy part is that I would have probably moved forward as soon as my father woke up, but that was the most insane, unprofessional behavior I have ever seen - all within a matter of 10 minutes.
