Hi! I teach guitar and bass guitar to students of all ages, all levels and all styles. With 30 years of teaching experience, I have become a very popular and successful music teacher in Long Island and Queens. My main goal is make sure that you thoroughly enjoy the instrument and music. I want you to experience the joy of playing that makes the pros want to do what they do. We build a solid foundation through learning in the styles that you like, and you will be playing things you enjoy right away! I make it lots of fun.

I was able to get in touch with Jaf very quickly and he was able to accommodate the lesson times that I wanted. Our first lesson went great. He asked me a lot of good questions on what I wanted out of the lessons. It's great to have an instructor that can adapt to my style.

Jaf helped me get ready for a gig that challenged me as a guitar player. I’m self-taught and needed someone to make me sound more polished. I also never played guitar solos before, and he taught me how to construct and be comfortable playing a lead.
