I was getting little to no hot water in my bathroom. I tried everything from cranking up the gauge to hottest to turning the water flow to max. Nothing worked!! I engaged MH handyman and I have not been happier. He checked everything and before having me spend over $$$ to buy a replacement parts we found the problem. New construction and it appears there was debris from the installation that got into my hot water tank. Over time debris blocked the water flow from the tank preventing accurate mixing of hot and cold. He cleaned the filter and I am so happy I have proper hot water flow once again. Thank again for your thorough work!!
