- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No fee’s, just a local handyman trying to help out neighbors and offer decent prices with everything increasing around us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Try to have as many pictures and even a video call to see exactly what they need done, so when I arrive and I can have as much preparation with tools and supplies done so the job can be as quick as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NYC FireFighter, most things around the firehouse we fix ourselves.
