Unfortunately, I was not impressed by the cleaning; I did not get what I paid for. I had read reviews raving about the excellent job and did not have that experience. The stovetop was not cleaned at all - I was told that oven cleaning was an extra charge, a stovetop is not an oven. I understand charging extra for cleaning an oven and the interior of the refrigerator, but the top of the stove is standard cleaning. Also, the sink in the kitchen was not cleaned out. I cleaned both. I primary hired a cleaner for vacuuming as my vacuum does not pick up dust. She used my vacuum and not her own. I’m sorry to leave a poor review and debated leaving one. I’m sorry to have to leave this review.

I am so happy I booked her. She really went above and beyond with the rooms. She was punctual and very sweet. She cleaned throughly and dusted and even went above getting under the bed. I’m so grateful can’t wait for her to come again.
