My pricing is fair, transparent, and based on the size of the project, surface conditions, and scope of work. I provide free estimates so there are no surprises. I occasionally offer seasonal discounts and special promotions for new or returning customers. There are no hidden fees—any additional work is discussed and approved before moving forward. Quality materials, proper preparation, and professional workmanship are always included in my price.
