The client must be fully and transparently informed of the final cost of the work, as well as any applicable discounts or price increases.

understand their project and exactly what they need. Then I explain how we would begin their project, so the client can be confident that I’m the right professional for their project.

Well, first of all, I treat my clients with a lot of respect, try to do my job in the most educational way possible, and show them that I am a professional.
