Great chef. Food was amazing. Was able to make the event despite crazy flooding that was going on. Provided some amazing food for my fiancé and my proposal dinner. Would highly recommend him

We asked Chef Tom to prepare a 6 course tasting menu with pass around hours d’oeuvres to start. Everything was spectacular and our party of 10 all had their favorites. The black truffle angelotti tallogio emulsion and monkfish topped the list. His two helpers were efficient and very friendly, and it was a huge relief to finish our dessert and have no dirty dishes or pots and pans left to clean. They left the place spotless. If you want a really special evening in your home, try this.

Tom and his team catered a sit-down Christmas dinner for 15 at our apartment. The food from cocktail canapés through dessert was elegant and delicious; it drew compliments from all. The wait service from set up through clean up was efficient and professional. Tom and his two assistants were not only highly competent but very friendly and pleasant to work with as well. We highly recommend Tom based on our experience.

We had a great experience with Chef Tom. He prepared us a multi course dinner for our 10 year wedding anniversary. Communication prior to our date was great and Chef helped us pick some items. Everything was tasty and Chef was extremely clean in the kitchen. We had a 5 Star meal in the comfort of our home!
