All private dinners and events start at a $700 minimum (including intimate dinners for two). I’m a personal chef and caterer with 10 years of professional experience, including 6 years working at a 2-Michelin-star restaurant, primarily on the private catering, banquet, and main restaurant teams. I travel for private dinners and events, while meal prep service is currently available only in Nyc and long island area . Meal prep is billed per delivery plus the cost of groceries, and in-person daily meal prep is also available. Sample pricing: • 3-course dinner: $165 per person • Tasting menu: $250 per person meal prep 250 for delivery 500 for in person meal prep I specialize in refined, globally inspired cuisine and tailor every menu to your tastes and dietary needs. Chef Tom is awesome! He has been doing meal prep, preparing dinners for the week for my family. Every dish has been so good - above and beyond expectations. Everything seasoned and cooked to perfection. I returned to work from maternity leave, and he has made dinner time something I look forward to rather than dread at the end of the work day. Chef Tom is the real McCoy! My girlfriends and I hired him to prepare a four course meal during a ladies getaway weekend and his talent was nothing short of outstanding. From Chef Tom’s arrival to his departure, he delivered! The canapé selections were beautifully arranged and tasted great. Personal favorite: smoked salmon with herb cream cheese on pumpernickel. For appetizers, he prepared a crab cake on a bed of mixed greens in a flavorful lemon zest dressing. Let’s just say, all 10 of us agreed that the crab cake was the best one we’ve ever consumed. It was cooked to perfection with minimal breading and hearty crab throughout. For the main course…we had Black Sea bass and scallops on puréed potatoes, with an assortment of perfectly seasoned veggies and potatoes cooked in duck fat, yes duck fat! It was beyond delicious. Lastly we had the apple tart tatin with vanilla ice cream, topped with warm Hennessy and rum caramel sauce. You can only imagine the richness of this dessert. Beyond the details shared above, it’s obvious that Chef Tom went to culinary school and understands the importance of flavors and seasoning and not just salt. His ability to present and plate food is so artistic and carefully thought out. I am so elated that I made the best decision to hire Chef Tom to receive the best private food service experience. Did I mention he brought personalized menus and cleaned up everything? Did I also mention that he traveled from Long Island, NY to East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania? We were thoroughly impressed and if you want to experience the same, you shouldn’t hesitate to hire him. Whether you have a party of 2 or 10, you’re guaranteed to be in awe of his cooking abilities.
