- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $100 non-refundable on-site inspection fee, this fee is then applied to your total balance if you decide to move forward with our business
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a comprehensive property inspection to identify signs of wildlife activity, locate burrows, dens, nesting areas, and entry points, and assess any existing damage. We then discuss our findings with you and develop a customized removal and exclusion plan tailored to your property's specific needs. Once a plan is in place, we perform the necessary trapping, removal, or exclusion work and provide recommendations to help prevent future wildlife issues. Throughout the process, we prioritize clear communication, ethical wildlife management practices, and effective long-term solutions. The inspection fee is credited toward the cost of services when removal or exclusion work is performed.
