- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price will depend on location, as well as the project and type of organizing that needs to be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the person and talk about exactly what their goals are for the project. I would ask if there is a specific time in mind that they need to have it done by, and if they would rather work along with me, or have me take the reigns and work on it by myself.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I really do not have any type of formal education or training when it comes to organizing. Most of my jobs have been word of mouth through family and friends. I have a few realtor friends, so that helps when someone who is either moving into or out of a home and need my services. Hands on training is the best, and each job is different, so every time I do a new job I am learning different things to help the next client.
