The team at Telos listened, which was unique. They wanted to hear what I saw as my challenge, and they made clear that the outcome I wanted to achieve was our objective. I did not experience such focus on me in coaching previously. This was just our introductory session, and we sent them. Our partnership has blossomed, and I have achieved many of my goals, with new ones on the horizon.
