Great value for a 3 hour deep clean with carpet shampoo. Quick response to posted project. Contacted and booked within 2 hours of posting the cleaning project. On 7/28/18, I had the carpets cleaned in my large house by Correne of Sleeves Up. This woman was a true professional, starting with showing up punctually at the appointed time. She set up and went about her job, paying attention to detail, such as spot removal and heavy wear areas, and did an extremely good job, completed with expertise, professionalism and autonomy, and was very personable. She knows her craft! My carpets look great! I will use this service whenever I need my carpets cleaned in the future. Thank you, Correne.

Excellent. Very thorough cleaning. If we ask Corrine to clean something that doesn't need to be cleaned every time, she has no problem adding the task. She has no issues with our pets, which is important, and is able to clean while they follow her around. Very trustworthy and cleans while we are working.

I was pleased with the overall work performed. The cleaner was punctual and courteous. I was disappointed that I thought this would be a 4-hour job and I paid in advance. I later discovered that the worker left after three hours, informing my husband that she only works in three hour increments.
