We had two photo sessions with Ben so far. He is an amazing photographer with great personality! He is very down to earth and so much fun to work with. His portraits are amazing and he works super fast. We had access to our photos within 2 days both times and his pricing is very competitive. We can’t wait to have another session with him! Highly recommend for portraits, family/couples photos, events and more.

I have just finally been able to view all the photos Ben shot at my daughter's bridal shower. Besides capturing all the moments I had requested, his unique takes on the day enabled me to relive all the other moments I would have forgotten. He was everywhere, and I wasn't even aware he was there! That being said, he was such a great and easy presence at my very "girlie" affair. So appreciated his perspective and artistry in addition to the usual snapshots one (myself) might request. Thanks again Ben!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge on an agreed upon hourly shooting rate that includes preparation, editing and delivery of an online gallery with unlimited downloads. I'm happy to help you print your images, but don't require you to sign up for a package in advance. I do offer discounts for longer shoots.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Photo sessions are a collaboration, and I love to talk with clients beforehand to learn more about you, what you are hoping to capture (functionally and emotionally) and how you want to use your images. From there we can brainstorm ideas and locations that help bring it to life.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a lifelong photographer and regularly take workshops and classes to improve my skills and push myself creatively so that I can help execute on a vision. In addition to working with individuals, I'm a working photographer applying documentary skills for the local news and businesses so I'm always out shooting and finding new perspectives.
