He attended WCC, NYU & Pace University and graduated with an A.S. and B.S. in Information Technology. He then worked as an IT tech, where he developed his skills even further. He then decided to do what he loves and started this company. His goal is to have the customers experience the same happiness he does when a project is completed.

Omar disassembled, moved, brought up a flight of stairs and reassembled my 400+ lb Cybex Arc Trainer 626. Not only was it done perfectly, but there wasn’t a scratch or scuff in my new home. I couldn’t recommend Omar and his team enough. Great guys and EXTREMELY smart.

We hired Omar/ Paragon Luxe to assemble a functional trainer for our home gym. The gym assembly was slightly complicated and the last professional was unable to do the job. Omar took the time to prepare for the job, reading instruction manuals, watching videos, and providing us with an appropriate quote based on the complexity and time. Unfortunately the space in our yard was not conducive to constructing the wing set. Omar was extremely professional and kind in telling us straight that it wasn’t a good idea. He and his assistant even moved the boxes for us to the garage to await return. I would highly recommend him - very honest!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is meant to be as fair as possible for both parties. There a lot of expenses that we have to account for (tolls, gas, etc.). We do however normally give discounts to clients who have multiple items and also give military discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first discuss the full scope of client's project. I then ask for any information ready the make & model of the product, in order for us to do our due diligence and prepare ourselves for any issues that might arise or tools/materials we might need. We then proceed and schedule a time and date. Finally we just ask for the address and best contact number.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied at NYU & graduated from Pace University w/ a B.S. in Information Technology. I’m have been working a an IT tech for over 7 years and have built a strong competency for the business and aspects surrounding it.
