I was having problems with my central ac unit and couldn't figure out the problem. I had 2 other technicians come out and charge me alot of money for the unit to not be working again with in one month. Mike was exttremely informative and instead of doing a quick fix he got to the root of the problem. I ended up replacing the unit but was happy in the end that I did and wish it could have happened sooner.
