LBF Plumbing came to my rescue! Jake made himself available, and was here exactly when he said he would arrive. He was able to diagnose the issue, found a replacement part, and did the repair - it was perfect. He cleaned up any mess and was friendly, polite and professional the entire time. Highly recommend! After trying to snake a slow drain myself with no luck I called LBF Plumbing. Immediate response. Came the next day early and accessed the job. He tried snaking the pipe but after a few tries he knew something was clogging the main. He explained clearly what he thought was wrong and gave me a fair price to fix it if I wanted. I let him do the job and he showed me the rust buildup in the pipe which explained the slow draining. He figured a way to get all the drainage going through new pipes down a different main. Llazar was courteous, professional, neat and knows his plumbing. I would recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing. Although the job was more than I had originally thought, I did not mind paying him as his knowledge of plumbing and experience is a valuable commodity and deserves to be compensated as such.
