I am very pleased with the finished results. Devello Construction exceeded my expectations.
Another contractor was hired initially to do the job but fell ill two months into the project. Devello Construction was one of the only companies that agreed to take on the task of completing the work. From our initial consultation meeting Gurjeet instilled confidence in me that the work would be completed professionally and in a timely manner. A week later he followed up with a crew member coming by to take a final look and go over exactly what it is I needed done. Two days later the work was begun and by the third day the job was complete. Courtney, the man who worked on completing my bathroom, was amazing; I can't sing his praises enough. He arrived on time and got to work immediately and knew exactly what to do without hesitation.
I plan to have more work done in my apartment and without a doubt Devello Construction will be the company for the projects.

Working with Devello on two of our bathroomremodels was a breeze! They were reliable and timely with excellent communication. We were extremely impressed by the quality of their work / attention to detail. For example, installing our antique reclaimed terra cotta tiles was not an easy task given the irregularities of the materials and thickness of the tiles but they executed it flawlessly and leveled the surface to perfection.
They did not rush the job and cared a lot about making sure the customer was happy. The folks at Devello are good operators and thoughtful guys that genuinely care about client satisfaction - really hard to find a general contractor with these traits. We would work with Devello on future projects without hesitation and highly recommend their firm to anyone! Thanks again!!

I used Devello Construction to renovate my kitchen and bathroom. Both rooms had not seen an upgrade in years. Devello did an incredible job. I can't point to any areas of the upgrade that didn't exceed my expectations. A friend of mine visted my apartment last weekend and she couldn't believe how beautiful the rooms were.I would highly recommend them to anyone seeing a quality upgrade at a reasonable price.

I am amazed at the work Devello Construction did on my bathroom.Initially another contractor was hired to do the job but became ill during the project. So for two months I was left with an incomplete bathroom. No fixtures, no door, partially completed tile work and a toilet that was not secured in place. For about a week or so I interviewed other contractors most of which did not work on incomplete projects. Devello was one of the only companies that agreed. I met with Gurjeet to go over what needed to be done and get an estimate. A week later another member of his team came by to have a final look before work was to begin. In two days his men were at work; three days later the job was done. I cannot get over what they did. A special thanks to Courtney who tiled and installed all the fixtures. Gurjeet and his team are very professional, punctual, honest and reliable.I am looking forward to work with them again.

Our pricing is based on the material and labor cost for each job and all aspects of the payment details will be discussed with the customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will do a free inspection of the job site to accurately gauge the extend of work needed to be done. After that we will discuss the material and labor cost with our customer and provide an estimate number of days plus the total payment amount for the said job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team consists of an Engineer, a Technician Supervisor as well as a team with years of experience in the construction industry.
