First, I'm pleasantly shocked that this service in home is offered at all. Joyce was friendly, professional, reasonable, and above all, wonderful with my delicate old lady cat. I've had cats my whole life, but have never used a groomer until Shambhala developed some pretty intense matting. Would only use Joyce going forward, and highly recommend

Joyce provided an amazing first grooming experience for my two 6-year-old short-haired Persian cats! She was professional, gentle, and incredibly talented. My cats are usually very anxious, but Joyce’s calm demeanor and wonderful energy immediately put them at ease. Their lion cuts look absolutely fabulous, and they seem happier than ever—requesting extra cuddles and scratchies ever since their appointment!
