We also provide realistic price ranges for potential solutions, so you know what to expect before we begin. Our goal is to eliminate surprises and help customers make confident, informed decisions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When The Sparky NYC receives a message from a new customer, we start by asking clear and specific questions to fully understand the issue or project scope. This allows us to explain the best approach and often provide a realistic estimate before arriving on site. Clear communication and transparency are key parts of how we work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed formal electrical education and have more than nine years of experience across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. At The Sparky NYC, we follow NEC codes and local safety standards to ensure every installation and repair is done correctly and built to las
