from the initial contact request for service, through the entire installation process, the professionalism and expert level of knowledge and skill is second to none. outstanding communication and patience walking us through the software / app process, every step of the way demonstrated the expertise of the technician. this is a job that we put aside for a very long time because other technicians were not able to complete. He was the 3rd electrician we hired to work on our Nest thermostat and he was the only one to get it to work properly! He responded to our request quickly, was professional and courteous. His fee was also reasonable. I would definitely hire him again.
