What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally charge $75 per hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask for there research questions initially and help them refine their questions if necessary.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have doctoral level work in quantitative field and masters level work in statistics. I was trained to manipulate data using SQL and analyze using R, Spss, STATA, and SAS. I usually use the R statistics package and Excel to handle data.
