The movers showed up on time and moved quickly throughout the process. I do feel like they were rushing a bit and not being careful with all my furniture. Momo was also very responsive since the time of booking until moving day. Overall, my experience was just okay. There’s definitely room for improvement as I’ll discuss below: •the movers broke one of the dressers while trying to move it out the bedroom right in front of me and instead of apologizing they simply just kept trying to move it to the truck which I had to jump in and tell them the dresser is no longer good for use (see picture) •they also made an excuse as to why they couldn’t move my 85” TV and said that it required a crate to be built for it. As professionals, when they called for the inventory prior to the move, I feel they should have asked for the sizes of the TVs (especially if size is a factor in it being able to move) •my bed was also reassembled incorrectly If you hire Teddy, I just suggest you watch them with your things to make sure things are being handled with care.

Great experience. They respond really quickly with reasonable quotes. The guys came on time and helped us with the movement really fast. Very professional! Just bear in mind to let them know of exact items for exact quote. We had more items than quoted but they provided us an updated quote immediately. Would definitely recommend them.

Really great experience with this company! They responded to my thumbtack within hours, and very transparent with prices. It was the best deal I could find, no unforeseen additional charges or anything! The move went really well, the two guys were really nice, happy to be there and get the move done. I think it all wrapped in about 3 hours total, they worked really fast! It was really nice to move with Teddy - will definitely call them again whenever I need to move!
