All of our staff are trained in hospitality, food handling, and customer service. I’ve completed the NYC Food Protection Course, and our bartenders are experienced, professional, and licensed where required. We charge $60/hour per staff member, reflecting the premium quality and reliability we provide at every event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick consultation to understand your event needs, guest count, and any special requests. Then we match you with the right staff, confirm details in writing, and ensure everyone arrives early, prepared, and professionally dressed.
