We couldn’t have been happier with Allan as our wedding officiant! He did such a beautiful job with our ceremony and made it feel incredibly personal and meaningful to us. His speech was heartfelt and thoughtful, with the perfect hint of humor that made everyone smile. The entire ceremony flowed so naturally and felt so special. We received so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful the ceremony was. We are so grateful to Allan for being such an important part of our wedding day and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for an officiant!

My husband and I found Allan on Thumbtack when we needed an officiant for our wedding. We didn’t know what we wanted other than someone who could make the ceremony fun and joyful, as well as emotional and deep. When we first talked with Allan, he was very kind and very professional. We liked his charisma and the reviews we had read about his work. He won us over with his extensive background and knowledge with officiating weddings and his ceremony style. He described exactly what we wanted.

The actual ceremony was amazing. Allan’s energy lit up the entire audience, as well as my husband and I. The questionnaire he gave us to fill out worked out perfectly for how he wrote his script for our ceremony. We could tell he put a lot of time and effort into what he wrote and he was very detail oriented. After the ceremony we had so many guests telling us how great he was and asking us how we found him, and some guests even thought we knew him before hand because of how personally detailed his script was.

One thing we wish was different was that with our questionnaire, I had mentioned a friend of mine who should be highlighted in our story, but then soon before the wedding we unfortunately had a falling out, so I had asked Allan to make sure their name wasn’t mentioned in the script. He responded quickly that that would be no problem, but while we were up at the altar, the persons name was said. This doesn’t change our overall 5 star rating, but it was important to us that their name was not said.

With that being said, Allan and Extraordinary Weddings did an outstanding job and we will definitely recommend him to couples in the future!

We cannot recommend Allan highly enough. From the very beginning, he was incredibly responsive, organized, and genuinely invested in getting to know us as a couple. Through a thoughtful questionnaire and conversations, he encouraged us to reflect on our relationship, our shared history, and the small moments that make our partnership special. Hearing both of our perspectives woven together on our wedding day was an unforgettable experience.

The ceremony was warm, personal, and full of love. It perfectly balanced humor, storytelling, and heartfelt reflection. Beyond telling our story, he captured what makes our relationship unique. One of our favorite moments was hearing him describe how our journey has always been rooted in appreciating life's small moments together, an insight that felt deeply true to who we are.

His delivery was exceptional. He is a natural public speaker with a wonderful voice, a confident presence, and an engaging style that had everyone completely captivated. The ceremony never felt like we were standing in front of an audience. Instead, it felt like everyone was part of the experience, laughing, crying, and celebrating alongside us.

To this day, guests still ask how we know him because they assumed he was a close friend or family member. That's how personal and authentic the ceremony felt. He gave us a ceremony that was more meaningful than we ever imagined, and the most cherished memory of our entire wedding day.

Allan was an excellent officiant, and followed our instructions very well. He made it a very personalized experience, was punctual, and was pleasurable to work with. Everybody was laughing so hard, and I was told by many people that he was a wonderful officiant.
