Introduction: I’m a private yoga and movement teacher with a background in Dance, and with years of experience teaching movement and yoga classes to students of all ages!

Vinyasa Yoga (for anyone looking for a stronger practice that will get your heart rate up and get your blood flowing)
Sessions with me will focus heavily on alignment and steady movement that thoughtfully prepares the body for more challenging poses. In addition to moving through the physical postures, each session, we will work to create a connection between the brain, the breath and the body that enables you to leave the session feeling empowered, resilient and at peace.
I completed my 200-hour teacher training with Laurel Beversdorf and Jess Blake through YogaWorks. I also have additional trainings and certifications in Sequencing (with Dana Trixie Flynn and Ali Cramer; Laughing Lotus), Organic Assisting (with Rebecca Ambrose), and Yin Yoga (with Masako Miyakawa; Sacred Sounds Yoga).
