About

I have been teaching private and group yoga classes full-time since 2014. My goal is to help clients make time for themselves and their yoga practice. For a progressive and effective yoga practice, it is important to block off time every week where you can escape the regular pace of life, slow down, and breathe deeply while energizing and strengthening the physical body and exercising your mind-body connection. I customize each session to fit the individual needs of each private client or private group and will make sure every client is working toward meeting their goals. In addition to private yoga and meditation, I teach vinyasa, yin, and Katonah-inspired yoga classes at Yoga Agora, New York Yoga, Breathe Strength, and Yoga Vida. Randi has been an amazing yoga instructor for me for the past two years. She always checks on what goals/needs I have for the session before we start. Every session is customized for me and completely unique, it never feels repetitive and the time goes by quickly. She knows the right way to suggest adjustments without overwhelming me with too much information. Also, she has adapted her teaching very well for virtual sessions over Zoom. I saw Randi today and she was great! I had surgery on my elbow and it has never healed the way I wanted to. She helped me with the basics and then helped me get a great workout while focusing on not hurting my elbow. I felt great after.
