Introduction: My goal is to help students make time for themselves and their yoga practice. For a progressive and effective yoga practice, it is important to block off time every day or every week where you can escape the regular pace of life, slow down, and breathe deeply while energizing and strengthening the physical body and exercising your mind-body connection.
I customize each class to fit the individual needs of each private student or private group and will make sure every student is working toward meeting their goals.
In addition to private yoga and meditation, I teach vinyasa, yin, and Katonah-inspired yoga classes at Yoga Agora, New York Yoga, Breathe Strength, and Yoga Vida. I also lead international and local yoga retreats with my company, Om Tribe Yoga Retreats.
