- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For cooking classes, ingredients are extra.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we'll have a consultation either over the phone or in person, where I'll learn more about their food preferences and health concerns. For Coaching Clients: I’ll create a 3 or 6 month plan tailored to their needs. I’ll email them a welcome packet with everything they need to get started. We can start our sessions as soon as the following week. For Personal Chef Clients: I'll create a menu tailored to their needs and we'll pick our first cook day. On our scheduled day I'll come with ingredients in hand or have them delivered before I get there. I'll create and pack up all your meals, so you'll be set with a fridge full of healthy vibrant meals for the days ahead. I'll also email you instructions for reheating or simple preparation (if needed) that day. I'm alway available through email or text if questions arise. For Cooking Class students: I’ll confirm which days we’re having our class(es) and email them the ingredient lists and everything else for getting set up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a Certified Holustic Health Coach through The Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City. I'm always reading about new coaching techniques as well as the latest in plant based living. I'm also constantly experimenting in the kitchen, testing out my latest energizing recipe.
