Blue showed up on time and gave me an estimate. I was under a time constraint and wanted to move forward with Blue. He led me on and said he could do the work. Soon after he wouldn’t return my text or calls. I had other things electricians lined up but I was waiting on Blue and he wouldn’t even return a text to let me know he couldn’t do the work. He would ignore my calls and not return my texts.
