- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When someone first contacts me about photographing their wedding I like to get as much information as possible over the phone but, if possible, follow this up with a face-to-face meeting. You'll probably be spending more time with me than anyone else during your wedding day, so it's important that we like each other and understand each other!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree in Art and a Masters degrees in Film and Video. Since photography and video technology is constantly changing, I am always training myself to keep up with the latest advances by attending workshops, joining professional organizations or watching tutorials online.
