- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will waive the 60$ estimate fee if you decide to hire me to complete your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing I do is thank them for the opportunity to work with them, then I will visit the home/property to asses the situation and give them a straight forward answer on if I can fix the problem for them! I have yet to run into an issue I couldn’t solve!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 years of electrical school training as well as 9 years of working as a commercial/industrial electrician.
