FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is always fair, transparent, and based on the size and scope of your home or system — no hidden fees or surprise charges. We’re proud to offer special discounts for new customers, as well as for military members, veterans, seniors, teachers, and education professionals. We believe clean air should be accessible to everyone, so we do our best to work within your budget. Just ask us about current promotions or discount eligibility when you call — we’re happy to help!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Clean Air Team, we make it easy and stress-free to get started. We typically begin with a quick phone call or virtual visit to learn about your needs and answer any questions. From there, we offer free assessments and estimates — either virtually or in person — depending on what works best for you. Once we’ve reviewed the scope of work together, we schedule your cleaning at a time that’s convenient. No pressure, no upselling — just honest service and clear communication from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes! Our team is fully trained and certified to perform professional air duct and dryer vent cleaning. We follow all recommended industry standards to ensure your home’s air system is cleaned safely and effectively. Here are the key credentials we carry: ⸻ 🔹 NADCA Certified National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) certification ensures our technicians follow industry-recognized standards for HVAC cleaning, safety, and system hygiene. 🔹 IICRC Certification (Optional but valuable) If you also do water/fire/mold remediation, you can mention IICRC — the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification. This adds credibility for homes that may need mold inspection or remediation after water damage. 🔹 OSHA Safety Training Our technicians complete OSHA 10- or 30-hour training to ensure work is done with a focus on safety — especially important when working on ladders, roofs, or in attics. 🔹 EPA Lead-Safe Certification (If you service homes built before 1978) We’re certified under the EPA’s Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) Rule, ensuring safe practices in older homes. 🔹 Dryer Vent Cleaning Specialist Training We follow guidelines from organizations like the Chimney Safety Institute of America (CSIA) and the NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) for fire-safe dryer vent cleaning. 🔹 General Liability & Workers’ Comp Insurance We are fully insured for your peace of mind. Every job is covered — protecting both your home and our team.
