I have been Rachel's client for over four years. The reason is that she had helped me to become a fit 66-year-old woman who began with her in not so great shape. Rachel knows her stuff for sure ... mindful of starting where people are at with encouragement and compassion and moving them along to become healthy and wonderfully strong. How do I know? I have great biceps... have a one-rep max on the deadlift of 205 lbs, and am challenged by Rachel during every training session we have. I am always growing and learning (which is essential to understanding why you perform a movement a specific way, what it affects, etc.). Rachel is the consummate trainer ... focused on you as the individual, creating programs that meet your unique desires and needs, moving you forward at a pace that works for you ... and is incredibly fun ... a fantastic demeanor and sense of humor that make you want to see her again and again.
