Introduction: I founded Reed Resumes in 2014, using my experience as a New York City based recruiter. Most resume writers (and there are lots of excellent ones out there) are fantastic writers, but they do not have recruiting experience. What makes me unique is that I am able to pair my resume writing skills with my recruitment background. It is one thing to be a great writer; it is another thing to have those skills and understand the recruiter mindset. Since June 2014, I have worked with several hundred clients who have combined to secure over $4 million in new employment and salary. Hearing "thank you" constantly and knowing that I provide a service that changes lives. That is not hyperbole. My work alters lives and families.

Dealing with Ron was incredible from the very beginning! I had to reschedule our appointments on two separate occassions and he was so understanding and accommodating! The services that he provided me with included a completely revamped resume, cover letter, and even thank-you notes for following up after an interview (nice touch!). I really would recommend this service to anyone. Being recently graduated myself, I believe that having a professional resume built for me at such an early stage gives me an extraordinary advantage. I can't find enough nice things to say about the final product.. or about Ron! This was a great investment.

What types of customers have you worked with?
Everything except IT. IT folks speak another language (very technical) and honestly just operate in a professional world that I know nothing about!
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently completed resumes for 125 students at a non-profit job training school located in Manhattan. This school serves under-served women throughout New York City. An extremely rewarding experience!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be very skeptical of any resume writer charging under $125 hour. There is absolutely no way to produce truly quality resumes at that rate.
