we are very attentive to our clients if you need help with moving we help with moving expenses. we also help with the sellers closing cost.

we typically speak to the homeowner to figure out how soon and why they want to sell. we work with the time-line of the homeowner to accommodate them the best we can. buy the property cash and as is so they don't need to spend any money on repairs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
we've been in business for over 5 years but started doing a large number of rehabilitation on distressed properties since 2018.
