Cornbread & Caviar served as the caterers for my Fall wedding which was such an elegant affair. They provided high class service with great tasting food which is hard to find. Their food displays and table settings provided an ambiance that left all of our guests with a lasting impression. I highly recommend them for their fabulous dishes that will satisfy the tastes of so many.

I have had several events catered by Cornbread & Cavier and I have also had dinner at the resturant. They were very pleasant experiences each time. The food was delicious and the total dining experience was wonderful. Chef Karlton and his staff were very professional and aim to make your total dining an experiencesomething you will not forget.

Karlton is the consummate professional. And to top it off, his food is delicious and beautifully presented. We loved his german chocolate and red velvet cakes so much, that my daughter requested that we use Cornbread & Caviar to cater her formal 21st birthday event at Remsen Hall in Brooklyn, NY, last February. We were truly impressed with the level of professionalism and the quality of service and our guests are still ranting and raving! We couldn't have made a better choice.
