I hired Miguel of Golden Touch Mechanical to do several plumbing repair projects in my home. He has completed several and is due to return for another larger job . In the middle of this I had a plumbing emergency that was not a part of the original list of repair projects that Miguel responded to. As a home owner I have had a lot of experience with plumbers and other service people. I must say that if I had to give Miguel's service a rating I would give it a 10 plus. He has given me such wonderful service that it's almost too much to list. He started off with excellent communication. It was clear and concise. He was prompt, and he was fair in in his pricing. It didn't start out as one thing and then change to another as the job went on. If you have dealt with contractors then you know exactly what I mean. His work was also neat and clean. I told you it was almost too much to list. I'm probably leaving something out. If you want to hire someone who values your time, respects your home and will do the job at a fair price , then I would recommend Golden Touch Mechanical.

Miguel was so helpful from the very beginning - discussing the type of work that needed to be done until the end when he made sure everything was perfect. He was very polite and punctual and did a wonderful job without leaving any mess. Would definitely hire him again for any plumbing job

Top notch service and honesty.
Prior to contacting Golden Touch I had consulted several other companies for several plumbing renovation jobs that need to be done on my 90year old bungalow.
This guy Miguell was on time, honest, fair priced... that's a refreshing change.
I will be hiring him for the entire renovation process which includes 2 bathrooms, shower installation, a new house water line among other smaller jobs.

Miguel Loweth has done an excellent job at our place. He is very knowledgeable about his work and has done a fantastic job. He is prompt and reasonable with cost. He will be first person I am going to call if we need any help with plumbing issues. I strongly recommend his services in case any body needs help with plumbing issues.
